Good news on the relocation front!  Our financing has been secured, our renovation plans have been drafted, the town of Wake Forest has approved the permits, and the contract has been signed.  Renovations are scheduled to begin on Monday, May 24 and are slated to be completed by July 24.  We are then hoping to make the official relocation launch date to be sometime in August.
